Job Description Sport Clubs Coach III (Salsa Libre Dance Coach - Lead) is responsible for the coaching of the assigned Salsa Libre Dance Team(s). Duties: General : Responsible for coordinating practices and routines; and assisting at competitions. Must be able to teach a wide array of participants from beginners to experienced competitive dancers. Properly instruct fundamentals and advanced technique. Administrative: The coach will assist club leadership with short and long-term goals and a plan of action for the academic year. Performs other duties as assigned to support the department, division, and university. Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred: Candidates must have, as a minimum, demonstrated intercollegiate or professional competition experience and/or professional coaching experience and be a High School Graduate/GED. Candidates need to effectively communicate with a diverse student population, have demonstrated leadership skills, organizational skills and experience commensurate with coaching at the collegiate club level.
