JOB SUMMARY : CPC Shift Leaders are expected to oversee all phases of the centralized processing center operations in accordance with Goodwill Central Oklahoma policies and procedures, fostering a safe and productive work environment. The Shift Leader is responsible for training, coaching, directing and validating processing operations.
