Job Title: Production Supervisor Department: Location: Production: Reports To: Production Leader: Job Type: Full Time: Job Summary: The Production Supervisor is responsible for the management and direction of partial production operations at a designated site. The purpose of this role is to oversee areas of animal welfare, flock management, bird scheduling, and movement. This person will provide oversight of day-to-day operations and work with specialty leaders and teams on activities, projects, and issues that address production personnel, financial, processing, feed management, and other production matters to ensure priorities are successfully addressed.
