Job Details The Director of Enrollment Reporting & Analytics is a key member of Enrollment Management’s Enrollment Technology & Data Analytics team and will play a lead role in collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data in order to inform strategic decision making. The Director will work closely with the AVP for Enrollment Technology & Data Analytics to develop and implement reporting and analytic priorities for the division. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. - Design, execute, and maintain customized reports tailored to the needs of stakeholders using Enrollment Management’s relational database Slate and other reporting and analytics platforms such as Argos, SPSS, etc. - Utilize tools such as Tableau and Excel to develop dashboards, tables, and visualizations of data to support decision making and reporting of KPIs. - Draw on external data sources to enhance enrollment intelligence and contextualize Jefferson’s data. - Review reports for accuracy, with a high-level attention to detail. - Clean, transform, and integrate data as required to deliver information. - Produce...
