Jo b Description Summary: This position will track and support one hundred high school graduates from the four highs schools we support through our Community Schools, In-School Youth, and Learning to Work programs. Direct support for these students would be intended to ensure the establishment of good habits and the connection to resources needed to succeed at the college level. Will work with all HS based programs directors to implement a best practice methods model across all Alianza Division programs. Will help develop a college entry and college access best practice model for the division. Will monitor the success of our interventions by following up with alumni, adjusting supports at the pre- and post-secondary level as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
