The Account Manager will coordinate with production team and insurance carriers to facilitate a successful client renewal. Duties & Responsibilities: Work to plan and prepare the renewal strategy meeting with A/E for both internally and with Prepare the renewal process and generate key renewal deliverables: Review certificate holder list and provide to client Confirm manuscript certificates needed Understand Auto ID Cards distribution for clients Manage the renewal process with quotes distribution and managing the bind process Work with premium financing when applicable Create account file including all policy files and client agreements Manage client subjectivities, input into EPIC, and send to CAC Binders for data collection Service Specific Activities: Complete invoices and send to client Issue and distribute renewal outputs Follow up with carriers for policies Follow up with brokers that the policies have been checked Send...
