Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) Job Summary: The HR Policy & Compliance Partner provides strategic leadership and subject matter expertise in HR policy governance, regulatory compliance, and workforce risk mitigation. This role ensures that all HR policies, procedures, and employment practices align with applicable laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational values. The Partner leads the design and execution of leader onboarding programs and serves as a key advisor to HR and operational leaders on compliance matters, including union-related policy application.
