Director, Regional Operations - New York Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for a Director, Regional Operations for our New York market, which currently consists of four clinics with the potential to increase to six. While existing clinics are clustered in the New York City metro area, the scope of this role will include planned expansion clinics in other parts of New York State. Responsibilities: P&L Ownership: Strategic owner of meeting clinic- and region-level operational and financial targets by driving operational rigor across the assigned region. Partner closely with the regional clinical leader to achieve expected results. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Responsible for closely managing regional, clinic, and provider-level reporting. Joint responsibility with regional clinical leader for planning and executing on regional optimization. Expected to gather data-driven insights to inform performance improvement opportunities; pair with qualitative insights from workflow observation to drive results and consistent care model execution across clinics.
