Job Title Segment Leader Hybrid Surgery IGT-S Job Description: As a Segment Leader, you will drive the global growth of Philips’ IGTS Fixed Systems surgery business within an international, highly collaborative team. The role combines segment strategy, portfolio roadmap ownership, and downstream marketing, with a dual responsibility for operational performance as Segment Business Marketer. You will set the strategic direction, define the product portfolio, and lead key enablers such as product introductions and commercial excellence programs to deliver the segment’s AOP targets.
