Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Description As our Assistant Maintenance Supervisor ‘AMS’, under the leadership of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist in overseeing the appearance and maintenance needs of our apartment community. You will maintain the curb appeal, coordinate make-readies and move -in/move-out schedules, perform general maintenance repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, respond to resident service requests and assist with all other needs of the apartment community. In addition to your maintenance technician responsibilities, in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will also help manage the maintenance team . This position’s schedule is Monday-Friday. However, you will provide on-call responses for emergency services on a rotating schedule basis. This will include responding to calls on weekends and after-hours if emergencies occur.
