About this role HVAC Global Operations (Commercial and Residential) North America is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our HVAC Aftermarket Planning team . Th e Senior Ma nager is responsible for leading the planning team which focuses on both the material planning and procurement activities and works to ensur e the seamless flow of materials to meet customer demand . This person must have a strong background in supply chain management, experience defining material planning and inventory strategies , and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively , and strong people leadership skills.
