Job Overview: This position reports to Business Services Operations Administrator. The Commercial Portfolio Manager / Underwriter may assist with an independent review of loan underwriting conducted on real estate secured and non-real estate secured loans. Underwriting review will include but may not be limited to; review with preparation of an underwriting summary of loans submitted by business loan personnel, assisting the commercial lenders with the preparation of loan presentations, analysis of new and existing loans financial packages - guarantors’ s financial data, tax returns (personal and corporate), income statements, balance sheets, financial state...
