In Justice , we work with young people and adults in custody and in the community, providing a range of services including offender management and resettlement, veterans in custody, victim services, gangs work and youth justice. Job Description: Catch22 is looking for a compassionate and motivated Victim Case Worker to join the Norfolk & Suffolk Victim Care Service (NSVCS). In this essential role, you will provide tailored, trauma-informed support to victims and witnesses of crime, helping them to cope, recover, and regain confidence after facing a crime. As a Victim Case Worker, you’ll build strong relationships and deliver both practical and emotional support that meets individual risks and needs. You will guide victims through the criminal justice process, provide information on rights and entitlements, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.
