The HR Business Partner is responsible for driving and aligning business objectives and HR priorities for our North America Aerosol and Beverage operations. In this position, the HR Business Partner will work closely with the NA A&B and plant leadership teams to develop and drive HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement. Responsibilities: - Serve as an advisor by appropriately challenging senior leaders while maintaining strong business partnership and relationships - Shape the NA A&B HR strategy by helping leaders to identify, prioritize, and build capabilities, behaviors, processes in alignment with business goals - Support cross functional projects by providing HR subject matter expertise - Counsel senior managers regarding employee relations issues including performance management, facilitation of formal/unformal complaints to resolution, discipline and or terminations in line with legal environment - Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
