Processing Superintendent Reporting to the Processing Manager, the Processing Superintendent is responsible for the safety performance of the processing team and the safe operation of the Ravenswood Gold Plant. The role is also responsible for process optimisation and giving daily operational direction to production supervisors and their teams. The purpose of the role is to drive safety and production plan execution, as well as implementing organisational culture change.
