Do you have a passion for making a real difference in the lives of people living with mental health and substance-use challenges? At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Qualified Professional to join our team in Elizabeth City, NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals seeking assistance for substance-use. What You’ll Do: As a Qualified Professional on our team, you will contribute significantly to the well-being of the individuals under your care by coordinating their individualized needs in conjunction with their full care team. As part of this team the QP's complete screenings and intakes for new patients, evaluations and assessments, develop treatment plans to work toward positive outcomes, coordinate follow-up care and provide referrals to other services as needed. The QP also leads group sessions throughout the week. How You’ll Benefit: You’ll earn a competitive salary ($18 – $24 / hour) based on your experience plus enjoy a Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm work schedule of 40 hours per week with some evening flexibility for program and client needs.
