POSITION: Operator Maintainer POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: REPORTS TO: First-Line Leader: FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt: SUPERVISES: None: Benefits: - Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, including spouse and children (no payroll deductions for employee) - $28.45 per hour - 10 paid holidays per year - Pro-rated vacation following probation (begins at 40 hours and increases based on years of service) - Shift differential & schedule premiums (rotating shifts) - Longevity pay increase after 5 years of service - Boot Allowance - 401K with a current Company match of 8% - Monthly Bonus structure - Work clothing provided ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Production team members are responsible for the production of aluminum alloy products through the operation of various machinery and manual tasks. Necessity of continuous operation demands cooperation, teamwork, close attention to detail, and prompt speed of reaction to events.
