Full Time: Nights: LPN II Fulltime Med Surg 7 Tower Adult medical, surgical, and cardiac patients Staff float to other units as needed Requires 36 hours per week (3) 12-hour shifts Weekends and Holidays required per department process Job Summary: Administers nursing care to an assigned group of patients based on physician's orders, nursing care plan and the Oklahoma Board of Nursing Scope of Practice. Consults with registered nurse to plan patient care. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties including data collection. Minimum Education: Has completed the prescribed curricula of a practical nursing program or has completed equivalent coursework as approved and verified by a state board of nursing and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or certificate therefrom. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse License. Work Experience: 0 - 6 months related experience.
