THE JOB: As a Busperson at Spago in Bellagio, you will support a highly regarded dining experience known for its seasonal menus, vibrant atmosphere, and views of the Fountains. In this role, you will maintain the entire restaurant—including the dining room, storerooms, food pickup areas, and beverage stations—ensuring all spaces meet established cleanliness and stock standards. Your attention to detail, awareness of the dining room, and ability to anticipate team needs will help keep service running efficiently and contribute to a well-coordinated, comfortable experience for every guest.
