Je bent het aanspreekpunt op locatie: je werkt samen met zorgteams om te zorgen dat ons product in de praktijk goed werkt. Je lost problemen snel op: je onderscheidt operationele en technische issues en schakelt waar nodig door. Je bevordert actief gebruik van ons product: je werkt met belangrijke gebruikers en zorgt dat teams Tandem blijven inzetten.
