About the Role As the Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator, you’ll help shape a workplace where people feel safe, respected, valued, and empowered to thrive. Partnering with leaders and teams across the organisation, you’ll drive initiatives that strengthen equity, inclusion, cultural safety, and belonging in meaningful and practical ways. This is an opportunity to lead impactful work that builds cultural capability, challenges inequity, and supports our commitment to becoming an anti-racist organisation. You’ll help create lasting change for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) staff, clients, and communities by embedding inclusive, culturally responsive practices across the organisation.
