Description RESPONSIBILITIES: The educational sales rep’s primary responsibility is to generate outside sales for Nick Rail Music, typically at school sites. The primary areas in which the representative is expected to generate sales are: -Generating new rental business -Sales of merchandise to students and to schools -Sales of instrument repairs to students and to schools Nick Rail Music considers itself to be “a responsible partner in music education”. As a representative and ambassador of the company, the educational sales rep is expected to conduct him or her self in a manner that encourages music educators to consider the relationship with Nick Rail Music to be an invaluable asset. Salesmanship, attention to detail, good organizational skills, familiarity with computers, a record of being prompt and service-minded, ability to follow up and an excellent driving record are all prerequisites for this position. WORK SCHEDULE: The typical schedule for this position is Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM.
