Department: Auxiliary Services Job Summary: The Campus Operations and Booking Manager owns two first-class domains: campus venue operations and event booking and execution. The role directs the student Booking Specialist team, the Venue Operations Assistant, and the Mailroom Coordinator, and is accountable for venue readiness and standards, the booking pipeline, and the revenue, utilization, and conversion performance of the booking operation. Within the pricing frameworks established with the Director, this role executes pricing, finalizes standard bookings and contracts, and escalates high-value, multi-party, or non-standard deals to the Director for negotiation and closing.
