ServiceNow DevOps Engineer

Job description

You might be our missing piece if you have: Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow administration, maintenance and operation of out‑of‑the‑box applications, including routine platform health checks and run support. Experience with enhancements, customizations and development on an existing ServiceNow instance to meet evolving business needs. Strong knowledge of integration development and operational support for third‑party integrations and connected tools. Experience with platform upgrades, patches and hotfix management, including release impact analysis and skipped‑change resolution. Advanced experience with ServiceNow development and platform engineering, including Update Sets, Application Repository and source control integration. Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow using Git‑based tooling and/or ServiceNow DevOps. Knowledge of REST/SOAP integration design, event‑driven patterns, Flow Designer and Integration Hub. Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) design and execution.
