Job description
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Logistics, the Logistics Clerk is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods essential to both Tribal and casino operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Oversee the physical delivery of all products from vendors supporting Tribal and Casino operations. Ensures all incoming products and supplies meet established quantity, quality standards, specifications, and temperature requirements. Coordinates product transfers and maintains accurate daily records, submitting all required documentation to Finance in compliance with organizational policies. 2. Relocates inventory within the warehouse or between facilities using forklifts and other material-handling equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. 3. Plans and optimizes delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timely completion of deliveries, while verifying receipt of authorized signatures. Coordinates product deliveries to other enterprise properties and off-site events. Oversee accurate shipment preparation and tracking of goods through carriers such as UPS and FedEx. 4.
