About the Role: This is a great opportunity to join our Reward and Performance Team which provides specialised rewards expertise and support to ANZ’s businesses while also leading and implementing ANZ-wide initiatives and rewards processes. This role will support the global operations of ANZ Employee Share Plans and will focus on delivering globally consistent processes that support ANZ's remuneration strategy, including the planning, implementation, governance, and communication of key employee share plan activities. You will take a human centred approach, engaging with a broad range of employee groups and ensuring that their needs are represented in the design of solutions, while meeting ANZ policy and regulatory requirements.
