QA OPERATOR – SPRAY SEAL (WA): Level 2 or 4 | HR Licence Preferred At Downer , we plan, create and sustain. Our teams deliver critical road infrastructure that keeps communities connected across Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking experienced QA Operators to join our WA Spray Seal team , supporting quality outcomes across regional and interstate projects. This role suits detail‑focused individuals with spray seal experience and a strong safety mindset. - Away work required as needed - Full‑time opportunity with above‑award pay - Training and development available What the Role Involves: - Supporting quality assurance requirements on spray seal projects - Conducting quality checks and assisting with compliance activities - Operating plant and equipment as required - Assisting the crew with general labouring and site support - Working away across WA and interstate as needed What We’re Looking For: - HR licence (preferred, not essential) - White Card (General Construction Induction) - Experience working in spray seal crews (preferred) - Strong attention to detail and safety focus - Willingness to travel and work away from home What We Offer: To apply, click Apply and submit your...
