SUMMARY: Over the past seven years, our Leadership and Organizational Development team has built a strong, integrated system of tools, programs, and learning experiences aligned with Mortenson’s culture and business strategy. This development infrastructure is designed to accelerate leadership growth and meet the evolving needs of our customers and internal teams. We are now looking for a Leadership & Organizational Development Senior Specialist to bring this system to life. In this next phase of our journey, you’ll support a data-driven approach to organizational development, consult with business partners, and play a key role in strengthening culture, effectiveness and performance across Mortenson. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence people, processes and systems.
