Your role: As a Tactical Buyer you foremost provide procurement support to projects on global and local scale e.g. in the area of new product/equipment developments and plant-specific investment projects. - As part of the operational procurement team you are responsible to process and create purchase orders, track order confirmations, and deliveries beyond the project-specific purchase demands. - Procurement Management: Identify and source materials, equipment, and services required for projects. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
