Job: Associate Director of Programs, Beyond Barnard Reporting to the Director, Advising and Programs, the Associate Director is the administrative leader of Beyond Barnard’s signature programs (including workshops, series, alumnae engagement events, etc.), and events/programs executed in collaboration with cross-campus partners. In collaboration with the Associate Director of Advising, the Associate Director of Programs provides direct supervision for Beyond Barnard’s Peer Career Advising program, and manages Beyond Barnard’s flagship Career Well-Being Certificate Program. Under the guidance of the Director, the Associate Director provides input on the strategic direction and execution of programs, ensuring alignment with the mission of Beyond Barnard and the broader work of the Community Engagement & Lifelong Success Division and College.
