Job Description: EBS Director, Implant OpCo Reporting directly to the President, the Director, EBS is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the Envista Business System and enabling a problem-solving culture that drives improved performance to deliver results within the Implant OpCo organization. The Director, EBS will support the business where needed and be accountable for meeting and exceeding business specific targets through implementation of standard work and foster a strong problem-solving mindset. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Drive targeted, sustainable improvements tied to Policy Deployment (PD) and Daily Management (DM) by leveraging EBS tools, consulting skills, and the change management process. - Be the thought leader and expert in EBS work concepts, principles, and practices for specified site to assist in achieving operating company Policy Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives. - Be an active member of the Implant OpCo Leadership Team; be a change agent for EBS culture, coaching leaders to facilitate and lead kaizens. - Lead the development and actively champion the EBS Roadmap (i.e., how to use the EBS tools to dri...
