Senior Project Engineer

About the Role Overwatch is seeking a Project Engineer with strong MEP and commissioning experience to support the delivery of highly complex data center projects. In this role, you will be a key driver in the coordination, installation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems from design through project turnover. You’ll work closely with construction teams, design engineers, and commissioning agents to ensure all mission-critical systems meet performance requirements and schedule expectations. This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and vital to the success of our high-performance builds. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate MEP scope across contractors, vendors, and internal teams from design development through final commissioning - Drive the commissioning schedule and process, ensuring all systems are tested and function according to design intent and client requirements - Track MEP submittals, RFIs, and inspections to support seamless execution in the field - Support issue resolution related to mechanical/electrical systems with a bias toward field-driven solutions - Maintain accurate logs and documentation around equipment startup, system testing, and co...
