You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end development of premium jersey and sweat products, ensuring innovative functionality, superior quality, and efficient production processes from concept to bulk. Job Description: COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT: In this role, you'll oversee fit, workmanship approvals, graphic execution, and product documentation for our jersey and sweat categories. Working closely with Design and Product Management, you'll support the development process from concept to final product, ensuring all garments meet quality, fit, and technical standards. COSTS: You'll manage and drive the target costing process for your assigned styles, partnering closely with Sourcing, Buying, and Quality to achieve the optimal balance of product innovation, margin, and price.
