As a Principal on the Investment Grade team, you will play a leadership role in driving investment strategy, originating and executing transactions, and shaping portfolio construction within your sector. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership across equity, hybrid, and structured credit platforms, influencing decisions at every stage of the investment cycle. Primary Responsibilities: Lead investment underwriting and execution across public and private credit opportunities within your sector, including new issuances, secondary market investments, and private origination. Drive sector coverage strategy, developing differentiated views on industry trends, regulatory dynamics, and relative value across capital structures. Own complex financial modeling, valuation, and capital structure analysis, providing actionable insights that inform investment decisions and portfolio positioning.
