Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 The Accounts Payable Staff Accountant provides clerical support in the performance of a variety of duties to maintain accounts payable records. *Position is hybrid out of our Bloomington, IL office.* Essential Functions and Responsibilities: The above statements are intended to indicate the general nature and level of work being performed by employees within this classification. Employees in this job may perform other duties as assigned. - Resolves discrepancies on vendor accounts by interfacing with other departments, vendors or contractors. - Ensures EINs or SSN of all vendors have been obtained. - Monitors cash flow reports and checks to ensure that all discounts are taken and accurate/timely payments are made.
