Compensation Range $32.02 - $41.63 Job Description Summary: Weld County Department of Human Services (WCDHS) visitation services are designed to actively monitor, assess, and assist in the overall adult/child interactions between parent/relative/caregiver and child(ren) with the intent to improve the quality of the relationship and to expedite and/or maintain the reunification of a family. The Family Time Worker I will intervene in the structure of the parent/child relationship by using several evidence-based interventions to provide parents with the tools to care for their children safely and effectively. Primary office location is in Greeley but includes some travel throughout Weld County. Reliable, predictable, attendance within designated scheduled hours. Appointments with clients may be held at the Family Time Center, in the family home or in a neutral community location. This position is in-person and is not eligible for consistent telework arrangements. *Work Schedule: Sunday 8 am- 5 pm Monday- Wednesday 3 pm- 7 pm This part-time position is 20 hours per week.
