POSITION TITLE: Maintenance - Warehouse DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Maintenance / ​Operations Service Center ​ HOURS OF WORK: 8 Hour Daily/247 Calendar Days Yearly STATUS: Classified – Non-Exempt, Full Time POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for delivering, packing, picking, and storing materials in the warehouse. This position is expected to complete requested work orders. This position is part of the maintenance team and reports to the warehouse supervisor. PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares and completes (e.g. load, pack, wrap, label, and ship) orders for delivery or pick-up according to schedule. Furniture moving is required. Receives and processes by picking, unloading, labeling and storing warehouse stock products. Performs inventory controls and keeps quality standards high for audits. Reports warehouse discrepancies. Operates warehouse vehicles and equipment. Follows quality service standards and complies with procedures, rules and regulations. Responds to after hours and emergency situations. Removes snow ensuring parking lot and sidewalks are safe for people and vehicles. May be required to work Graduation weekend or other event weekends. Perform other duties...
