Address all guest questions correctly, promptly, and in a friendly manner, as well as provide customer service that exceeds their expectations. Responsible for facilitating an efficient processing of vehicles by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash. Must maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at the facility.
