About the Role: We’re looking for an Office Manager to run our London office and create an environment where our team can do their best work. You’ll own the day-to-day operations of the office — ensuring the space runs smoothly, supporting employees and visitors, and helping shape a workplace that reflects Reflection’s culture. Our London office opened in 2025 and is growing quickly. We’re moving into a new ~8,000 sq ft office in King’s Cross, and this role will play a key part in making that space operational, organized, and welcoming. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building systems that keep things running smoothly.
