Finance Business Partner – Shared Services Wilmington, DE: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Hybrid: We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Finance Business Partner (FBP) to join our Shared Services Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience , strong technical and reporting capabilities, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. You will split your time between financial business partnering , operational support , and data/reporting innovation — especially through Power BI , advanced Excel modelling, and improved reporting processes. You will also support key operational areas such as KYC , Legal , and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales, Marketing , and Procurement . Some of the things you will be doing: 1.
