Description MEDEX Northwest is the Physician Assistant (PA) Program at the University of Washington (UW) and is a section of the Department of Family Medicine in the School of Medicine. MEDEX has five campuses located at Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA; the University of Alaska in Anchorage, AK; Kona, Hawaii; UW Seattle, and UW Tacoma. This position / appointment is based in the Spokane, WA campus. Position FTE: 0.6 - 0.8: The base salary range for this position will be $8750-$10,833 @ 1.0 FTE per month ($105,000-$130,000 annually @ 1.0 FTE) commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination. Position Overview: Primary responsibilities include classroom and online teaching, curriculum development, chairing at least one course, and advising and evaluating students. The Teaching Professor functions as the program’s didactic f aculty at each MEDEX campus and throughout the WWAMI area.
