Come work at the best place to give and receive care! ​Job Description: Work Shift: Mon – Thurs 7:45a - 5p Fri 8a – 1p: Who we are: We provide care for patients with problem teeth, wisdom teeth and facial pain. Our Oral and Maxillofacial providers treat accident victims suffering facial injuries, care for patients with oral cancer, tumors and cysts of the jaws and perform corrective jaw surgery. Patient services include an extensive variety of treatment options including outpatient procedures in a clinical office environment and pre- and post-operative care for clients requiring more complex procedures in a hospital-based setting. Position Summary: Acts as a representative in all areas of clerical support. Assumes responsibility for all facets of front desk operations, including greeting and registering patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, entering patient charges and demographics. Retrieving and updating medical records, collecting fees and performing general clerical and other duties as assigned.
