Associate Sales Executive The Associate Sales Executive is primarily focused on leading the renewal for existing accounts during renewal window. In some instances leading upsell sales motions within and outside the renewal window. Covers lower complex deals which cannot be delivered digitally. In some instances handles escalations from Digital Chat Assist (DCA) related to renewals. Coverage is through virtual channels, with no travel. Possesses core knowledge of products/markets within subsegment. Location: Hybrid position, would need to go to one of our hub locations 3 days a week. About the Role: In this opportunity as a Associate Sales Executive, you will: - Closes renewals and upsell opportunities for an assigned geography and/ or for leads assigned - Identifies the best virtual channel for engagement with customers (including phone) - Validates customer needs, shapes product plans and drives deals to close - Supports in developing and executing territory growth strategies - Possesses core knowledge across products within the subsegment, and engages Sales Specialists where deep product expertise is required to drive to close - Understands specific customer archetypes and needs...
