GENERAL SUMMARY: Drives truck over established, assigned routes to deliver beer and other beverages. Unloads, stocks, and rotates product in stores and other retail establishments. Interacts with customers to take any additional orders or to answer any questions/complaints. Completes all the necessary delivery paperwork. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Adheres to all safety codes and OSHA standards. 2. Reports to management, HR, or Safety any off duty incidents that may affect the driver’s ability to lawfully work or drive, such as arrests, DUI’s, accumulated points on a license, or suspension of driving privileges. 3. Maintains a current DOT medical card. 4. Maintains a safe and clean working environment. 5. Works overtime when required. - Ensures regular and punctual attendance. - Completes thorough Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Vehicle inspections and logs into the ELD (Electronic Logging Device) daily. - Uses the ELD to submit any equipment damage or malfunctions for repair. - Reviews truck load sheet to ensure no loading errors have occurred. - Drives truck to deliver products to assigned accounts in a safe manner and obeys all Florida and DOT laws. - Unloads beer from the...
