Administrative assistant Support the HR Operations team by digitizing and organizing employee personnel files, ensuring accurate archiving in line with internal data management requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Scan physical employee folders stored in the HR cupboards - Name, classify, and save documents correctly in: - People Connect (HR system) - Internal shared drive - Ensure documents are complete, legible, and properly indexed - Archive digital files for employees who have left the company, in accordance with HR retention rules - Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection standards (GDPR) Profile: COMPETENCES REQUISES: - Comfortable with basic IT tools (scanners, shared drives, file naming conventions) - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
