Overview Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a part-time (20 hours/week exempt) Education & Training Specialist to join our team in Eastern Wisconsin. This position works in a collaborative manner with Presbyterian Homes & Services Management and Services Clinical and Employee Experience team in the development and facilitation of education curriculum, standard on-boarding/orientation facilitation, competency development and monitoring and continued education activities of PHS employees. REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Education & Training Specialist- E. WI reports to the E. WI Regional Director of Operations with programmatic accountability to the Director of Clinical Education and Memory Care Services Director for DOVE initiatives. Responsibilities: The Education & Training Specialist is responsible for training, education and in-service programming that will engage employees to meet PHS and personal goals.
