What you will be doing: - Lead trial strategy, courtroom execution, and high-exposure trial advocacy for cases formally designated as trial-set. - Serve as first-chair trial counsel on cases, with Staff Counsel supporting as second-chair or lead depending on exposure and complexity. - Partner with Staff Counsel to ensure trial preparation milestones are met, including witness strategy, exhibits, motions in limine, jury instructions, and trial themes. - Provide mentorship and skill development to Staff Counsel and litigation teams in trial advocacy, preparation standards, and courtroom readiness. - Establish and reinforce consistent trial readiness benchmarks and escalation protocols across the litigation portfolio. - Coordinate with Executive Staff counsel and trial paralegals to ensure trial logistics, filings, and materials are complete and timely. - Participate in post-trial debriefs and institutiona...
