Job description

Description The maintenance position will be responsible for the upkeep of the company building and company house. It is a Full-time position. Monday Through Friday, hours may vary and may include overtime and travel. Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES: These duties will include but are not limited to: - Machine repair (sealers, carts, etc) - General cleaning (outside grounds, exterior of building, washing trucks, etc) - Small equipment repair and maintenance - Landscaping (warehouse and company house) - Painting - Development of machine maintenance schedules - Light construction, plumbing, and dry wall repair - Maintenance on fleet vehicles (oil changes, tire rotation & balance) - Other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: M/F/Vets/Disabled and other protected categories - Previous experience a plus - High school diploma - Time management skills - Employee is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
