Jumping Seat - Assistant Coach (Coaching Assistant) Compensation and Benefits: Hiring Salary: $6,455/month: The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and vacation time, and 15 paid holidays a year. Job Summary: Reporting to the Head Equestrian Coach, the Assistant Jumping Seat Coach will be responsible for assisting in the administration of a Division I Equestrian program.
