Role: Night Patient Care Assistant Location : Cave Veterinary Specialists Salary: £26,701 pro-rated to £20,025.75 per annum Job type: Permanent, part-time: Hours : 30 hours per week (pro-rata) - Night shifts 7pm-7am and Shifts: Week 1 = 2 weekend days, 5 nights Week 2 = 9 off: Week 3 = 5 nights: Week 4 =9 off: Week 5 =5 nights: Week 6 = 7 off: Are you an animal lover with a passion for providing exceptional care We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our friendly and welcoming night team. Working alongside our dedicated and experienced night team, including 2 RVN's and PCA team, your job responsibilities will include: Cleaning and preparing theatres for surgical procedures Cleaning and sterilising surgical instruments: Stocking consumables in preparation areas and assisting theatre staff Providing inpatient care with the nursing team. Candidates must be competent at handling a variety of species. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness across the hospital.
